Deadline has been extended by 1 week due to the Easter break to Monday 19 April 2010 at 11.00PM

Check out the revised categories and ensure that you enter all that are applicable to you, your teams and your company. Be rewarded for your excellent products and business performance.

AEO Excellence Awards is open to all organisers, venues and suppliers operating in the worldwide trade and consumer exhibition and events industry. AEO, AEV and ESSA members as well as NON members may enter applicable categories.

Qualifying Period for Entries
Qualifying period for entries is 21 April 2009 to 12 April 2010. Entries received after 12 April 2010 will not be considered.

Entry fee (FREE entry for members)
NB: AEO, AEV and ESSA members may enter completely FREE of charge. NON members will be charged £100 + VAT per company (for unlimited entries) and invoiced on receipt of entry.

Please ensure that your entries include specific content covering all of the judging criteria outlined within your chosen categories - if you fail to include the information specified, the judges will have no choice but to mark you down, therefore lessening your chance of success on the day.

Please enter as many categories as are relevant to you and encourage your colleagues, teams, friends to apply also - nothing beats the anticipation of 'it could be me' before the winner is announced - and one thing is certain, a win will certainly be a really positive, good news story for your customers and staff.

Essential Entry Information

Please click on the category you wish to enter below and then complete your entry in full online - NB: Hard copy posted entries or entries that have not been submitted via the online form below will not be accepted for judging this year.

Please note that you are encouraged to enter as many categories as are applicable to you and your teams. To enter multiple categories, you must re-enter your details for each category entered - you are unable to enter more than one category on any one visit.

750 Word Submission

This year, entrants are asked not to submit any hard copy supplementary information / appendices with their entry, but to use the criteria to formulate ideally a PDF or a Microsoft Word entry of maximum 750 words here (Microsoft Word XP and earlier versions of Word only).

Statistics, spreadsheets, graphs, pictures, articles, promo collateral, links to online show videos etc. can be embedded into the PDF / Word document. Please note that all support material - including research, statistics, graphs, pictures, screen grabs etc. is in addition to your core 750 word entry, and does not therefore count towards your 750 words.

However, please note that the entry must be a maximum of 6 x A4 pages in length, the total file size must not exceed 5Mb and one file only per individual entry may be submitted. If your file size exceeds 5Mb, then your entry will be disqualified.

Additional supplementary information / appendices / hard copy promotional materials / magazines may still be submitted only if you feel they are absolutely essential to support your entry, where this is the case, please send one full set, with a hard copy of your final entry form to:

Adam Clark, 2 Chestnut Cottages, Little Common Lane, Bletchingley, Surrey RH1 4QG.

Please note that the supplementary information will only be available to the judges on the judging day and not prior to the judges meeting.

Please note that one file ONLY may be attached for each individual entry, so it is important to ensure that your single entry file is complete and contains all the required information, pictures, data and links before you begin the online submission process - duplicate entries with additional files will not be accepted and will be deleted.
