Events Reimagined

Awards, Gala Dinners & Beyond ...

Awards, Gala Dinners & Parties

Finding that Something Extra

Having managed a wide range of Awards, Gala Dinners and Parties across diverse markets, we fully understand that there is a structure, formula and expectation of what needs to be delivered.

For Beyond Media Services, this is the starting point, not the end point. For every event we manage, we constantly look for ways to enhance, improve, add value and to eek out those marginal gains. To be bigger, better and bolder each and every time.

The Perfect Combination

Let us take your events to an even higher level - let us make your event bigger, better and bolder each and every time!

The perfect event venue. Dreamy food, drink and customer service. The right host, music and entertainment bespoke to the profile of your audience. Slick AV, sound and production. Enviable feedback.

And repeat.

Award Winning Nights to Remember

We regularly produce highly entertaining, fun and exciting Awards, Gala Dinners and Parties for 100 to 1000+ guests

Our highlights include:

• Developing Security & Fire Excellence Awards from a 750 to a SOLD OUT 950 guest event at London Hilton on Park Lane

• Expanding the European Call Centre Awards from 500 guests to a SOLD OUT 1,200 guest event

• Launching and managing the CMPi Awards for Excellence for 1,200 employees from around the World – a £300K+ budget event, that broke even in Year 3 after my suggestion to sell sponsorship to CMPi’s suppliers!

• Successfully managing the Association of Exhibition Organisers Awards for 6 years (1,300+ guests from the media / events industry - they don’t come any tougher than that one!)

Let us use our experience and proven track record to grow your audience, entries and sponsorship to the next level.
